D&D for Breakfast

Does anybody feel like the schedule you prefer is based on your role in the group?

Yes, I'd far prefer to DM early, and play late. I'm a morning person. By around 4:00 in the afternoon, I lose my edge. An edge which is necessary for me to do a good job DMing.

I'm not a morning person, but I could stand to game earlier, like brunch or so. Mostly because my other friends who don't game and couldn't care less about it are night owls and they'd rather spend their nights hanging out with me.

Funny enough, when I tried to hang out with them later, like 11:30 or so after my games, they'd whine I we were out too late, or just keep napping. That's right, they'd nap before going out while I was gaming and then going out later.

Those who think gamers can't hold down their booze and stay up late only know the sterotypes.
