D&D Game Bag

[Remus Lupin]

Was anybody able to pick up the bag that WOTC was advertising at GenCon? If so, are they any good?

I didn't get to go, but I'm interested in procuring one of those bags. Any chance there's someone out there who got one and would be willing to part with it?

As I recall it was just a typical shoulder/messenger type bag that had the D&D logo printed or sewed on it.

I saw a few of the them at the show. Frankly, didn't seem like a particularly wonderous item to me -- just another black bag, only with a logo

We had the totes available for sale at Gen Con. They did pretty well, and you may see them for sale in game stores not too far down the road.

Basically, we had a limited number for sale at Gen Con to guage demand, and we ran the contest on the web to raise awareness of their sale at Gen Con. Both efforts demonstrated that the demand is there, so, if we can get everything worked out and the distributors and retailers agree that it's worth doing, we'll probably offer them through game stores.

If you'd like a tote, ask your retailer. He won't be able to get you one right away (it takes a few months--at least--to get something like this off the ground), but he'll appreciate knowing that there's a demand out there!

That was in Sept/Oct. Any update I wonder?
