As Frank Zappa fans already know, you can find parallels to this meme for virtually any animal in the cover galleries of old men's magazines, particularly Man's Life. Weasels are perhaps best known, but snakes, scorpions, bats, rats, monkeys, turtles...yes, turtles, they're all there if you search a bit. There's even one poor sap facing off against a pod of orcas, which feels like the artist may not have fully grasped the nature of the assignment.
