They did mention legendary actions in the video, but I am 90% sure these are just the increased reactions, not the legendary actions from 2014

Animal lords sound pretty interesting and not what I expected from the name. They are celestials and not beast as I had thought / hoped. I was think something like the animal gods from Princess Mononoke, but they've gone a slightly different route.

Being Celestials wouldn't surprise me, as Animal Lords have been from the Upper Planes, specifically the Beastlands.
