Yeah, while custom creatures are okay, blatent min/maxing for CR is not. Any custom monsters had better be something I could reasonably expect to see in a monster manual. Additionally, I'm going to mentally compare your creature to other things of the same UK CR level.

Ok... So, do you want me to change anything?

What, you didn't like my suggestions? ;)

I did, and I'm planning on cutting out most of the spell-like abilities and bumping up the HD a little. I just need to know what our DM would find acceptable, so I don't have to redo my character again.

In one swift stroke the armies of good brought the forces of the fireking down. Even the mighty dragon himself fell to the wizards. But he did not stay down. The FireKing was raised again as a ghost. Now he exists only to exact vengance on the forces of good.

Movement speeds.
150' a round, 300' with double movement.
3,000' a minute
40 miles an hour
960 miles a day (No need to rest, doesn't get worn out. Two very nice advantages to being undead :) )

Both your breath weapons need to be DC19.

You also gain: Energy Drain (Su), Withering (Su)*

*A ghostly dragon's touch acts as a "Rod of Withering" dealing 1d4 points of str damage and 1d4 points of con damage with a successful touch (Fort negates). If a ghostly dragon scroes a critical, the damage is ability drain instead.

You also have Undead Traits, and +4 to turn resistance.

You get +8 racial to hide, listen, search, and spot.

My fire breath has the ability focus feat, upping it's DC by two.
Skills and turn resistance already noted. I'm adding the others right now.

Do I get energy drain on each of my attacks?
Do I get withering on each of my attacks?
Do I get both on each of my attacks? :]

Can I fit through a mirror now? Can I with an escape artist check?

I am assuming you will let me substitute CHA for CON with breath weapon feats. If not I will change my feat.

I have noted a -4 penalty from size to hiding.

Edit: how many negative levels does my energy drain do?

Do I keep any items I had in life? It says in a ghost's description that it keeps ghostly copies of 2d4 items it valued in life.

The only problem with that is that they wouldn't have your items behind.
You can't manifest a copy of the item unless it's physically with your corpse.

No items, you have no corpse. (If I'm not mistaken, items need to be lain with your corpse for you to have them).

Energy Drain bestows two negative levels.

You can use withering or energy drain or just attack with any of your normal attacks. But that's an OR, not an AND. You get to pick, but you can't do all at once, or even two at once.
