House Rule: Ignore anytihng that Charles Ryan said about Brawling and Martial Arts after the book was published beucase he contradicts not only the book's text but the NPC stat blocks as well.

Yes, I'm with that. The obvious way I'ld play it is if you have

Brawl
Then you always get +1 competence on unarmed attack rolls, and you may elect to do 1d6 + Str Mod. non-lethal damage.

If you have
Combat Martial Artist
Then your unarmed attacks are always treated as armed for figuring AoO, and you may elect to do 1d4 + Str Mod. lethal (or non lethal) damage.

If you have both then, you can get the first benifits of both those feats, but choose to do either 1d6 non lethal, or 1d4 lethal damage.

I'ld say that Advanced Combat Martial Artist only apply to lethal unarmed attacks however.
 

I'm changing several things regarding weapons...

Change the C4 table statistics from 1 pound to 1/4 pound, and it comes in 4 piece blocks (1 pound). A pound of C4 would do a heck of a lot more damage than 4d6.

Change the range increment of the M-60 to 240 feet.

Change the range increment of the M2HB to 280 feet.

Change the range increment of the M16A2 to 120 feet.
