I was hesitant to suggest it myself. (What can I say: Chad's exuberant, God bless him.) OTOH, you've got a lot of books on your list that I can only assume your mining for mechanics. OQL's got dozens of occupations, advanced and prestige classes, feats, a Barter skill, equipment and weapons, xenomorphs, etc. that could easily be used in a post-apoc game.
