I was wondering what process most people use for creating vehicles for D20 Modern.

Spycraft 1 has superior (if generic) vehicle rules. IMO they're far superior, although they may have too many hit points.

I love d20 mecha, it's flexible and not governed by surly reality unless you want it to be.
