Course I think that just means you gotta learn 'ow to be REAL subtle!

"Well, as far as I know, potions're a lot 'arder to detect than normal magic. Slip 'em something in their soda pop, and they'll never be able to pin it on you. 'Course, magic's not the only way."

Basil thinks for a moment. "No. It's just a fancy, really. I don't think I'd really try to go after him like that. I mean, if I'm to be a wizard, surely I'll have many more important things to do."

Morgan looks around, seeing that other students have entered the platform. "Well, I 'spect we ought to get on the train soon. Don't want all the good seats taken, do we?" Turning to his massive wheeled trunk, he draws a copper wand from his sleeve. "Automotivus!" The trunk gives a slight lurch, then settles back. Again, Morgan calls out "Automotivus!" This time, no motion is seen. His normally cool blue-gray eyes flashing, he screams the charm, drawing a few surprised and uneasy glances from those around him. "AUTOMOTIVUS, DAMMIT!" The trunk startles into motion, hurtling towards the train as if in panicked flight. Reaching the steps onto the car, it hastily pulls a wheelie, desperately straining to get its front wheels onto the train. Morgan hurries after it, Sam trailing lazily behind.

Colin pats the brand new wand he's carrying in his side pants pocket but decides there's already enough attention directed thier way. Instead he just pulls his wheeled suitcase manually, after checking to see that Scully is alright in his cage, and goes to board the train.

Morgan locates an empty compartment, and begins attempting to load his massive trunk onto the rack. After several futile efforts, he considers attempting a Levitation Charm, but thinks better of it, and simply slides itup next to the window, out of the way. "'Ow long's the trip, d'you know?"

Colin considers helping manhandle Morgan's trunk into the overhead bins but decides that the possibility of being crushed to death by it is too great and instead just waits in the doorway ready to render first aid if its required. When it's safe to enter, his own bag is stowed away much easier. He keeps his backpack and the cage with Scully next to him.

"Actually I've no idea where Hogwart's is, physically I mean. Me Mum couldn't quite explain it either. All she could say is the train ride's a few hours long, cause you never arrive till after dark. I think the school is hidden, somehow, from the normal world."

"Oh, it'd have to be." Basil chimes in. I've searched every map of lower England I could find. I've done as much research as I could over the summer looking for where it is and it just isn't there." Basil didn't bother to tell them that the simple fact that others knew of Hogwarts confirmed to him that in fact, it was a school of magic as it claimed to be. Basil had had some doubts as to that and had really wondered if it had all been some elaborate prank. He knew no one, however, that could pull a prank like that off. It only made sense to him that a school of magic would also be well hidden by magic.
