I wasn't saying you count pips. But When someone rolls say, 10 numbered dice, I can immediatly after the roll see four 4s, three 3s etc.krissbeth said:Some folks like me don't really "count" the pips. Pipped dice, I don't have to count the pips, but I do have to look at each die individually. I won't immediatly see how many 4s were rolled, hence not allowing for multiplication and instead having to add up.
