I use poker chips for Fear. We use them for everything during the game so players aren't constantly checking and erasing part of their character sheet. Red for HP, Blue for Stress, Green for Armor and White for Hope (And I use black for Fear). Then they just record their state at the end of session

I am using chessex small glass beads... Black for fear in my pool and for player activation count (we use the limited actions sidebar)... and orange tiger-eyes for hits, blue tiger-eyes for stress. White frosted for Hope.

I was using poker chips, but got the little aquarium/flower gems in various colors with the collectors set; when I sold that I bought some off Amazon for cheap since it was fun having different hope colors for each character and such.

We use white poker chips for Hope and red for Fear. Otherwise we track hp, armor, stress etc on paper.

I don't play in person (yet, working on it), but I would be unable to resist shuffling poker chips while playing, so those are out lol
