that is the question, it could be The Punisher is coming out to play or Matt is putting the suit back on or a really out there idea: another MCU character is dropping by.I wonder why?

Good guesses, but those seem like they would make them want to stretch it out more, not less. I get the original 2 eps- to get a good momentum. But at this point in the system, they're shortening their tail.that is the question, it could be The Punisher is coming out to play or Matt is putting the suit back on or a really out there idea: another MCU character is dropping by.
Grotesquery? Italian sausages, peppers, penne, and some Parmesan cheese - a relatively simple meal but darn tasty and hearty. As well as pretty common. Maybe that contrasts a bit with more refined options since it’s so easy to prepare, I guess. But I’d definitely eat it. Good stuff and not a bit gross.Maybe its intended as a metaphor for "here is a guy that is drinking fine wine with a nice suit....but look at the grotesquery he is consuming....a return to his darker side".
Or maybe they just thought kingpin would like that kind of meal...who knows.
It's mentioned.I haven't started watching this show yet (I don't care about spoilers) ... has there been any mention of what happened to Fisk at the end of Echo or is it just glossed over?
To be fair, people survive being shot in the head an astonishing amount of the time if they have immediate medical attention.Yeah, he's shot off screen and the degree of the injury is one of those "could have been lethal, but has been known not to be."

They absolutely do (countless varieties) but... that just looked like a really weird meal, and there was something about the sausages and their placement that made them look very er... British. Like, if you made that sort of dish from sausages, you'd normally at least chop them up rather than putting them on top. And if you were making a pasta dish with "Italian sausage" in the US, you'd normally use, well, Italian sausage (rather than actual "links"), which is essentially spiced minced pork (and absolutely delicious I might add - fennel seeds and whatnot). I am just kind of mystified at the choice - maybe it was an in-joke or something - it clearly served the main purpose which was to indicate Kingpin was "back on the sauce", as it were, if he'd ever actually stopped. Maybe they thought it was less obvious than a bigass steak or something?Don't Italian sausages exist? I just figured that's what they were...
