Anyone knows if there'll be a PDF release for this? The website seems to only show orders for the physical edition and, sadly, my country is not elegible for shipping.

Yes: all Standard and Collector Edition purchases will give you a free PDF once the books ship out. wait I just saw the ending of your post. Not sure. Might be a question to ask on Steamforged Games's twitter.
