D&D 5E Dark sun Times of change

Chick rolled his eyes at the way dra so easily responded to a false offer to mate. He stepped into the light behind Kimet with nothing but his torch in hand, as if he were simply her torch-bearer, (with perhaps a side of body-guard).

Kimet smirked a bit. “Well, that was decidedly unhelpful, boys,” she said. “I’m not sure if I should sit with you, though,” she said with a pout. “How do I know you don’t have bad intentions?”

Then Chik came up behind her with the torch. “Fortunately I brought protection.” She winked at the men and walked to the fire. “You don’t offer hurt to us, we don’t kill you,” she said as she helped herself to some of whatever stew they had going on the fire. She plucked a flask from the hand of one of the sleeping (drunk?) men.

GM: They're bandits they are always drunk!

The men sat at the fire look around "Kill us? I never was taught numbers but we have them. Isn't that right boys" The bandit yells the sleeping bandits appear to be stirring."So why don't you tell us what a pretty lil thing is doing down here with a bug?"

“Psh!” Kimet said, rolling her eyes. “Numbers mean nothing. Just for that, I’ll make sure you are the first one to die if anyone tries anything,” she promised the man. She leaned so that he head of her maul thumped heavily on the stone, but also gave a nice view down her skimpy armor bikini as she tossed back a drink from the flask she had purloined. “We’re down here likely for the same reason you are. No reason why we can’t cooperate.”

The bandit sighs "Well those templars are way ahead of us doubt there will be much left a anyway. I one of them he was wearing a gilded robe, real fancy like just make a section of the wall vanish when he hit a dead end. We figured we could just wait until they left."

“Templars?” Kimet’s eyes glittered with excitement in the firelight and she leaned in closer to the man, alluring. “How many? And how far ahead?” she asked. That sounded like some strong magic. She would have to take out the one in the gilded robes first. “We saw some of their bodies on the way down.”

“Only three?” Kimet grinned. This would be easy, especially if the bandits helped them. “Wonderful. Would you and your men like to join us in taking the Templars down? The world would certainly be a better place without them.”
