Wow, I'd pay that much for it. That's many people's favorite illustration (or one of them) from the 1e Player's Handbook. There are whole adventures based around that illustration. How incredibly cool.

Still, I'l be satisfied with my free copy of hte image.

Definitely one of my favorite pictures from D&D books.

Has anyone ever done a full-color version of that picture?
