Wizards has produced both a dwarf wizard and dwarf warrior with Urgrosh, but they were both fairly early in the product line.

Here's some pics.

I agree, very Deva and Genasi deprived so far.
Only one Genasi I can recall, the Air Genasi Swashbuckler from Blood War. Unfortunately its a rare, though I suppose you could use it as a watersoul Genasi too.

Edit: I knew there were two, there's another from Divine Heroes 3.

I don't by DDM stuff for a single reason: the unknown. I don't want a random selection of minis designed for a miniature combat game. I don't care if the minotaur is rare and the owlbear is uncommon. I want minis to run in my DnD game.

I need the following sets
  • Heroic Figures (you know for the heroes)
  • Gobliods
  • Magical Creatures
  • Mundane Creatures
  • Undead
  • Underdark Foes
  • Devils and Demons
  • Dragons and Dragon-like things
  • etc...

Until the minis are 100% non-random and organized into appropriate sets for purchase, DDM and I will not cross paths.

Here's another possibility. Take the popular "themed sets" idea and combine it with the visible minis system, but in reverse. So you'd have something like this:

Orc Horde Pack
4 Orc Grunts
2 Orc Warriors
2 Orc Skirmishers
1 SECRET BONUS MINI!

(Where the SECRET BONUS MINI is a randomized, high-quality, orc-themed mini. An Orc Warchief, an Eye of Gruumsh, a Captive Wyvern, an Ogre Shock Trooper, et cetera.)

This combines the predictable value of the themed set with the "chase rare" effect.
