Well, I was excited about going (Pittsburgh is 2.5 hours from me), but that excitement was instantly dashed when I realized it was Valentine's Day weekend. Whose painfully stupid idea was this? Thanks, WotC, for making (some) gamers choose between DDXP and their significant others.

It's basically the big RPGA con. It is exclsively D&D and WotC dominated but it is still a con.

Terrible location. It is the airport hotel, meaning there is no food anywhere near it. It may have worked pre-9/11 security, but not now.

Brutal decision.

Bummer. Was half looking forward to it, too. No way in hell I'm spending money to go to Pittsburgh, though. Especially in February.
