I'd just like to mention that I'm watching your thread with interest. I've always adored the Dark Sun setting, but due to how solid the canon is, and how tight the geographical setting is (both of which is what makes it so interesting) I find it exceptionally difficult to use. It is very interesting to see you make a twist on it, and I enjoy reading what you have posted so far.

Oh, and I think your custom names for the Sorcerer-Kings/City-states are good.
