I’ve been watching Matt’s livestream from earlier today (not the pre recorded video ) and he mentions that Draw Steel sells hundreds of units a day right now. First time I’ve seen him mention sales numbers (though he has mentioned it’s very successful in the past). He doesn’t break down the sales further than that, though I’m guessing he’s talking about all Draw Steel products and it’s mostly digital downloads.

I have noticed (not just in the borderline dysfunctional group of real life friends I'm running for, its happened in all the ones i've played in as well) that everyone either forgets about hero tokens or is afraid of being selfish in using them.
But the group got a Censor so I'll hopefully have a person to flank with so I can get some surges that way.

You could always split them up, have each player have their own mini-pool, if people are afraid of being selfish, and they can just also spend them on their allies' actions, so you still have a teamwork aspect to it.
