This is a cool idea. If I were to use it, I'd most likely just make it a table that I'd roll on. I might give out a sort of generic card and roll on the table when the player wants to cash it in or something. I dunno.
I wonder if parts of it would work as a sort of "random effects on a critical hit" table too?
