Delta Green D20, its alive!

Its not like COCD20 is hard to find or particularly expensive. I have seen copies go for 10-12 bucks on Ebay... It had a healthy print run and isn't so nostalgic that it has an artificial price hike today... not like Star Wars D20 Revised which I have seen go for 75 bucks when it sits in my shoppe and we can get new copies pretty quickly...

Judging from the preview, it's going to be CoC d20. Remember, this book has been in the pipeline for years - before CoC d20 went OOP. After all this time I really can't see Pagan re-doing the d20 portion in a different ruleset just because CoC d20 went out of print.
IMHO, they should, especially if they have not yet went to the printers and the layouts are in electronic DTP format. The only exception to this is if you intend a limited printed run with no possibility of ordering a second printing in the near or far future if the demand is there.

Their other alternative is to provide free web enhancement material to convert DG to d20 Modern.

As far as I know, any kind of rework or special print-run deals with the printer would be a little far afield for this book.

The company seems to have been reduced to one guy working in his basement part-time with two hamsters running in wheels to power the Apple IIe. :)

Not that I wouldn't love a d20Modern conversion, as I fully plan on running the book with Modern or GT.

Why? Other than "I want it," that is...

EDIT: To elaborate, DG isn't a game -- it's a sourcebook for Call of Cthulhu, that presumes you have a Call of Cthulhu corebook or are at least familiar with its contents. If you already have CoCd20 or CoC-BRP, then you don't need d20M mechanics; if you have d20M but neither of the CoC corebooks, then d20M conversions aren't going to make up for it. I'm also not convinced that there are enough people out there who are interested in playing CoC with d20M instead of CoCd20, to make a free web enhancement worth the effort required to produce it when the company already has a hard enough time getting out products for which there is a real demand.

Then sadly, I don't need DG for the sole reason that I don't have CoC d20. :(

REG, do yourself a favor and pick up CoCD20. It's a great book and you'll (likely) be happy you did.
Mind you, I don't have a plastic so I can't order online. All my FLGS no longer carry such a book, not even in their dusty bargain bins. I asked them to ask their distributors and they don't have one copy in their warehouses.

Sorry, no CoC d20, no DG for me.

Hell, if you can't find a copy of CoC d20, pick up the BRP version. Delta Green is definitely worth it. If you're still convinced d20 is the only way to go, then a conversion from CoC d20 to d20 Modern shouldn't be too hard to do.

If you want, I can check the bins at my FLGS. If I can find it at a decent price (cover or less), I could pick it up for you. That is, if you would like to have a copy.

Even though I like the D20 version better, I pretty much agree. DG is a great setting no matter what system is used.
