I've sometimes used 'pet' to describe a cohort such as Vlad's pet.
I like it since it shows some affection for it and I'm all about showing affection to my co-hos.

I'm looking for something insulting that I can use to refer to cohorts...preferrably something short and sweet. The best I've come up with so far is co-ho.
