Destiny's Tears: Champions of Arris

*The captain nods as Mhrazhar heads back down.*

[OOC: I think that skipping to the comet is a good idea. I think we have gotten what we can from them, and might have made ourselves seem like curious travelers...]

*The rest of the journeys passes without consequence, and very soon the travelers have reached their destination. Varylys is a large chunk of ice and rock soaring through Wildspace. The town and trading post on the back of the comet is located inside of a small semipermeable dome through which the ship easily slides on the way to the docks. Stretching ahead from the docks are buildings and market stalls all around, just like a normal city that places a strong emphasis on trade.*

Mhrazhar, happy to be planet side, comet side or what ever you want to call it, once again, says a gentle prayer to Arris in thanks for arriving. Before leaving he thanks the captain for the trip here, and looks about the docks.

"We're here. The first order of business is to leave a message at the nearest inn to the group that we have arrived. Lets fan out and find the nearest Inn."

Mhrazhar looks to his two companions for confirmation.

 

[Rystil Arden]

*Abdiel and Alire nod.*

"We need to pick a place to meet up, though, whether or not we find an inn. That way, we won't have anyone get lost, okay? Back here seems fine if we can't think of anything better."

 

[FreeXenon]

"That works. Meet back here in a half an hour." Mhrazhar nods and head off in the direction that is straight from the docks.

 

[Rystil Arden]

*The three of them split up, and they meet back again in a half hour. By that time, all three of them have found inns, but Abdiel's is closest to the docks.*

"Good work! Lets head there and leave a message to our dear Mr. Carrilus so they know what we are up to. We might want to get a room at an inn somewhere else, in case someone is looking for us. In our note we can leave where we are staying. " Mhrazhar looks to Abdiel and Alire if there are no question, will head off in that direction.

*Abdiel and Alire nod, and they stop to leave a note to Carrilus at the inn Abdiel found before heading back to Mhrazhar's inn to buy a room.*

"Now that we have a room and a note left for the rest of the group lets go about finding our Crazan Arris. The simplest way is to use Selar, but I do worry about that attracting too much attention, not that 2 Mojiin coming into to town won't, especially when they know they have been scried upon and that Mojiin will definitely want this as a matter pf survival"

[OOC: How big is this Varylys? About how many people are we talking here? I an envision a few thousand, perhaps a little less than 10k?

Can Selar cover the whole city quickly so we have an idea where the Crazan might be located to start. I have a very sneaking suspicion that it is in the rich areas of town. Somewhere near this wealthy merchant family type. From what we have seem how much do we Mojiin stick out? Could I also get a general description of the docks and our surroundings! Thanks again!
