Destiny's Tears: Champions of Arris

*The three inns are the Golden Chalice, the Jeweled Swan, and the Luxurious Sigh. The Golden Chalice has the best alcoholic brews on the comet and caters to those looking for drinks or seeking business deals. The Jeweled Swan has the finest rooms and decor, and it caters to nobility and wealthy merchants. The Luxurious Sigh has a spa and massage services. It caters to those looking to relax in a fairly upscale location without having to leave the inn to get to the Hot Springs.*

*Abdiel sends Selar to do a small circle near the centre of the outpost, but there are no results at all. Based on the distance required on Eldiz, the Jewel either isn't here or it is being masked again.*

"The Jeweled Swan sounds perfect lets start with that. I hate to say this [because Alire is an NPC], but we might be better served if Alire asks while we stay outside. A human asking will rouse less suspicion. Abdiel and I can stay out side and I will detect for the precense of Taij."

*When Selar returns finding nothing Mhrazhar says:*
"Selar senses nothing. To be expected."

"Indeed. If he had actually sensed something, I would have been surprised. Our quarry seems smarter than that. If you want, I can go inside and ask. Or maybe even aristocratic soft little Erila Barryn might be looking for a fancy place to stay..."

"Erila, excellent idea my sister! You may want to change your last name however incase they are really, really on the ball. We will wait outside for you! May the love of Arris guide you."

*Alire nods and changes outfits from her tight-fitting leathers to the soft lacy dress favoured by the Erila part of her psyche, allowing Erila to surface. Her features soften, especially her eyes, filled with kindness rather than vengeance.*

"Okay, I'll go check the place out then," and she heads to the Jeweled Swan, returning a short while later.

"Well guys, the Jeweled Swan seemed like a nice place. They do have a Larakese guest, a lone man--a Daimyo of some sort apparently. They said that more Larakese tend to stay at the Luxurious Sigh, often."

*As usual in cities, Mhrazhar does catch occasional glimpses of faint and lingering traces of taij among the passers-by. And as usual, it is unfortunately equally illegal to strike out against those people for their dispositions.*

While searching for Taij Mhrazhar mumbles
"So many to judge and so little time."

When Erila returns and she tells us her find he says:
"Okay, lets give the Luxurious Sigh a try."

*We will head there and keep with the same MO.*

*Erila enters the inn and exits a short time later.*

"This inn has a Larakese woman and an old Larakese couple..."

"Neither of those seems to be them...if they could disappear wherever they needed, it seems we would have no chance..."

"But they're supposed to be meeting someone, right? They said there client would be along shortly or something in that transcript. They might have to stay put then. I wish we had Molpe along too--she saw what their original room looked like."

"Grrr... Did they say how old the Larakese woman was or what her hair color was? Lets try the last one and see what we find out there."

*We will head to the last one and do the same. Sneaky Larakese!*

"Hmm.. we do not have a lot of time. We may want to split up and ask around. The docks are probably a good place to start. We can check the dock master and dock workers and the inns by the docks as well. Erila, why don't you check out the Inns near the docks. Adbiel, you can check the dock master and personnel and I will hunt around the buildings near the docks and see what I can see. How does that sound? we can meet back up in a few hours at our room. If Abdiel finds something Selar can find us. Erila do you have way of contacting us? I will have to run to find both of you.

We are looking for our Larakese friends withe together or separate, or any special ships coming in.
