Destiny's Tears: Champions of Arris

"No, I'm afraid I don't have any way to contact you. We'll have to meet back at our inn."

*Mharzhar doesn't see any particularly special ships in port at the moment. They all look pretty similar, although they do have varying builds of different sorts. As for the buildings near the docks, there are warehouses and shanties and a few houses of ill repute. Most of the warehouses are locked.*

*I will skulk about climbing, looking, listening, and Detecting as well as I can trying to stay out of trouble and looking as innocuous as possible while they are scouring the docks. Hoping to find any sort of lead. If there is no where that is easy for me to access then I will wander about the taverns and houses of ill repute looking for the same people. I will look into windows and listen at doors. Listen to conversations. Detecting Corruption wherever I go. I will concentrate on the warehouses.*

*Mhrazhar spends the rest of the day searching each of the warehouses for suspicious activity. He is unable to find any, however, and by the time he is finished with all of the warehouses and a few of the taverns (which do not have any Larakese patrons that he can see), it is late at night and time to rest for the moment.*

*Meeting up with the others, he finds that Abdiel has learned nothing of interest from the dockmaster. Alire checked out the inns, and a few had Larakese patrons--one had a lone woman and another a lone man, but many of the inns kept their customer information confidential and refused to provide her with information.*

Dissapointed with no leading information Mhrazhar says once they meet and exchange information "In the morning Abdiel and I can split up and watch those 2 inns to see if our Larakese friends are there. Alire check out the Larkese woman, and the old couple at the Luxurious Sigh as they might be disguised and then lets meet up near the Jeweled Swan to check out the Daimyo. Hopefully we can accomplish all of that be early to mid-morning and then decide what to do from there. Sleep well as we will get up early."

*Mhrazhar prepares for bed.*

[OOC: Just a note - Abdiel was checking with the dock workers as well?]

(OOC: Yup. Apparently, not many of those who wanted to talk to a creepy dragon had any useful info though ;))

*They sleep lightly and awaken early, and Mhrazhar heads over to check both of those inns. By waiting long enough, he catches sight of the Larakese patrons at both of those inns, and neither is among the two for whom they are searching.*

*After that seeing the the patrons I will head to the Jeweled Swan and wait for the others and look for this Larakese Daimyo person.*

[OOC: Who you calling Creepy? :p :D Maybe they need a good attitude adjustment... Sir Smite-A-Lot to the rescue! ]

*Abdiel has already arrived, and Erila arrives shortly thereafter. Apparently, the Larakese woman and old couple don't match the written descriptions of the people they are seeking. Of course, actually having seen both of them would have helped greatly. The Daimyo is in his room, and the inn staff won't let random people back to the rooms from off the street.*

(OOC: I use Mhrazhar to scare people in other games, especially if they are part-Valsian in expressions like, "Mhrazhar would totally smite Vasha". He's like the bogeyman :p :D)

"So we have no hard confirmations of they are there or are not. This does not bode well my sisters.

We can stand around the inns and wait for the Larakese to leave to get a hard confirmation or we can call this a dead end and move on. It might be better if we know for sure. We know what the man looks like having fought him and we know what that the female has lavender hair. The more hard information we have the better we will serve once the rest of the group gets here. What do ya think?

The next step I think would be to check if there are any 'special' deals going on, or where special deals take place, and then hitting the noble section of town.
"

[OOC: LOL! That is Awesome! :D I'm a Boogie Man! Muahahahahah!]

"It is true about the hair, and I know that none of them has hair of that colour. However, lavender hair is fairly distinctive, and especially if they knew they had to stay in place, they may have thought to dye it."

(OOC: As a teaser, Zykovian is currently on the case to find a Praetorian woman dressed in Mojiin scales who murders Mojiin and writes messages like these in blood on the walls--'Do you wish to stop the deaths, Inquisitor? Meet me at Nemesis's End.' 'I am enjoying the taste of your Sisters' blood. Like sweet nectar, it slakes my thirst. Meet me at Nemesis's End.' 'I will exterminate all you hold dear, just as I did your family. Meet me at Nemesis's End.')

"Let us check and see if there are any auctions or sales going on that might interest us, perhaps a black market of sorts or a go-to person, and possibly ask around about more Larakese that might be lurking about as well, or waiting for someone. Lets spend the rest of the after noon doing that. We will split up and meet at border near the richer side of town. If you need money I have the funds from Zykovian. Getting information is not necessarily cheap."

*Mhrazhar opens the pouch holding the spare funds to his sisters.*

[OOC: Cool! Judgment is close at hand! Muahahahah! Arris will soon be almost avenged. One down a whole bunch of Dragon Lords to go! :( Nemesis' End?? Can I ask what Nemesis's End is now so that when the time comes I do not have to ask! :uhoh: I hope that I get to finish her. :D

BTW: please let me know how much we spend with food and the inn at somepoint so I cna subtract it. I have plenty of personal funds as well, so I am not worried. :)
