A riddle game hardly seems fair. Too much depends on player time online. The first person who reads the riddle will obviously win. Unless to make eveyone answer before you tell the correct answer, but then other people can copy answers.

I was thinking that I'd limit each player to one try per riddle. There'd be some advantage to seeing the riddle first, but if the riddles are tricky enough it shouldn't be overwhelming. Also, I'm not 100% opposed to giving a slight advantage for more active participation. I like it when a game keeps moving.

As it stands, though, it doesn't seem like there's much interest. I'd love to help out Solange and Drerek, but with such low level characters only having two party members would be pretty limiting.

(And before Bront hints at it, that's not just my ulterior motives speaking!) :p ;)

Drerek isn't active in the tavern though, Mellubb is.

And poor Lily isn't the riddle type. :( Not that I mind riddles, nor would she, she just wouldn't get them usually.

There are 4 or 5 in the tavern (2 actualy talking).

Yeah, 2 party members would be limiting, but The Funeral got out, so there should be 5-6 more PCs in the tavern, all 3rd level.

Gee, we have an approved 3rd level adventure... wait, I can't play in that one. Curses!

I am thinking of taking a crack at writing/ DMing on here. my ideas:

1.) A House Orien Scion has been acting suspiciously and disappearing/reappearing on a regular basis. Adventurers sought after(preferrably unaligned from the Houses) to figure out whats going on.
2.) There has been a rash of murders recently in the underlevels of sharn involving the goblinoid population. Nothing out of the ordinary until it became noticed that the goblins were dying without wounds. Goblinoids welcome!!
3.) A house Lyrandar transport recently went missing in the Shadow Marches. It hasd some precious cargo and reconaissance team is being sought.

let me know if any have interests. Thanks

Lily wouldn't do #1 or wouldn't be hired for it, #2 maybe, but #3 sounds fun :)

I have a 1st level Hobgoblin Spirit Shaman who might be perfect for #2 though. At least once I finish her.

1) My character is Dragonmarked so I think that counts me out.

2) Sounds cool I am game

3) I have the most interest in.

I am cool with whatever.

In my defense, my guy has a pretty low charisma, and there's not much to talk about now. I'm around though, and watching the tavern thread.
