We'll be talking about accepting books beyond the 2 we have already, but that can be done in the LE area if/when we have it.

I'm just about ready to start, particularly if we have a few people ready to run games. I'd say give us a week or two before we run the first game to let people create characters, bring up concerns, and such. I'd also suggest limiting people to 1 character till we get a few adventures pumped out, and then allowing players to go to 2 or 3 (Basicly, giving everyone a chance at first).
And start with the level 1 character. Also, I need to read those two books' crunch again for things I wouldn't allow. Probably nothing, since nothing is as morbidly overpowered as the Warforged and some of their crazy body feats, but maybe a few things. I do have them both

There's a few cultural feats that let you use Action points with weapon damage (well, if you already used it to hit), but that's with specific weapons only and only a few races/cultures can take them. But that's the most powerful ones.

I doubt they give a more powerful use of AP than the Surge thingy that gives extra actions, though, right? And besides, Adamantine Fullplate. 'Nuff said :D

Yup, I know--it is a ridiculous KO-punch to anyone trying to play any other race as a low-level fighting sort, especially since they were already rendered wholly obsolete by the Warforged prior to the feat :( Don't make me think about it too long or I might propose nerfing them or bumping the LA, which I know I shouldn't do.

So, it was understocked? ;)

HEY! My punches are NOT ridiculous!

Only the damage I do with them. :heh:

OK, on to the serious business of Gaming. The Crafting/Time rules need a bit of thinking through still, but I don't think people will start crafting right from the bat.
Elans won't be restricted.
We start in a Sharn tavern. Which? Or should we transplant the Red Dragon over? ;)

If we allow only 1 character initialy till we get a few adventures going, which one will we allow? 1st level to stat it off small? 3rd level to give people some flexability? 2nd level as a compromise?
