What's the PC count in the Tavern? I got 3 (LogisFate, DZ, Dr. Schaefer). I'm about ready to recruit for an adventure and am just looking for enough victims brave adventurers.

It was not approved as part of the Complete package. I don't recall anyone actually either 1) asking for it or 2) a group of no votes for it. So in theory, someone could still propose it.

What was the name of the spiffy clothing from S:CoT that changes styles? I'm making a character and probably want to get one of those. Also, is it Glamerweave that's the material that gives a skill bonus when worn on clothes? Price and names for both of those would be awesome (away from all Eberron books at the moment). Other than that, I'm pretty much done Melusine, my 2nd-level character for January 15th.

Shiftweave, up to five different (non-magical, non-armor) outfits, 500 gp, 5 lb, I think you mean.

Also, is it Glamerweave that's the material that gives a skill bonus when worn on clothes? Price and names for both of those would be awesome (away from all Eberron books at the moment).

Yep. 100 gp extra, a bit of weight reduction, and diplomacy bonus. Sharn also has Clebdecher glamerweave, more expensive, but also a bit more effective.

Clebdecher is 500 plus twice the price of the base outfit, so you don't want that either. Normal glamerweave is +1.
