Legally, its iffy. (Its closed content).

We can post the 2nd level starting gold as part of our character creation. It just happens to be the same number.

But not the entire chart.

Thus, I'd avoid posting it. I suspect someone who looks for it can find it, but that doesn't mean that we should post it (in the same vein that we don't post the point buy values).

The table is closed content, but you can mention individual numbers for personal/non-profit use. This is such. Besides, if we can't post it here (just the 2nd level), then technicaly we can't ever tell anyone who doesn't own the DMG.
