I find it odd given they give rules for a normal "Max" caster level.

Attention all yous waiting on 3rd level characters!

We need 3rd level adventures submitted before we'll let them loose, and then we'll give the judges a week to approve them before we open the flood gates.

So run something, please!.

Yeah, I picked up an adventure to clear up the L1s and 2s against my better judgement.

I think we are waiting on a second proposed L3 adventure before opening up a third character for people (who'd be able to start at L3). Once the second one comes in, give it a bit for people to put together their L3s and there'll be two adventures to choose from.

That's what we're doing.

Of course, you could propose and run one yourself...

Got three on the go now, promised myself I'd stick to that as my max. Last time I hit that many I burnt out and dropped them all.

Interesting numbers because I was bored.

I counted 62 Characters in LEB, of which at least 19 are inactive (either retired or user hasn't been on in the last month).

34 were non-casters (Not significant spell/psi caster levels at all), 9 are inactive. Warlocks fall into this catagory as well.

6 were divine casters, of which 3 are inactive. The tree active ones are all Druids oddly enough.

9 Arcane casters (including Bards), of which 3 are inactive.

1 who is both Arcane and Divine.

4 Psions, of which 1 is inactive. 1 Telepath and 2 Psionic Warriors.

8 Artificers, of which 3 are inactive.

I'll check my MIC later today, but I think they give better pricing there (its the same price, just spelled out better). Otherwise, shouldn't be too difficult to back-port.

Edit: Oops, nevermind. He meant "in LEB" not "in LEW."

It's not the same cost for Level 1 vs Level 2 vs level 3 spells.
