The Conspiracy Files X: The Greys focus on the historical aspect of the well know alien species the Greys. Here is information on this product:

Conspiracy: (noun) a combination of persons for a secret, unlawful, or evil purpose. The mainstream media has us convinced that they are myths. Mainstream science laughs at them while the government denies having any knowledge about them. Despite all that, the greys have remained part of human conjecture and popular mythology for quite some time now. The truth about them is one of the most closely guarded secrets in human history. The existence of the aliens known as greys is a well documented fact but it is one known to only a small handful of people. Even the people who know the truth about them still don’t know what they want. The strangely human looking aliens seem to be studying us. No. We are doing a a D20 Modern / Future source book on the Grey Alieans that have appeared through out Alien Invasion and Conspiracy Theories for the last 50 plus years. But thanks for the interest in our products, since you have been ill of late and not able to put several of the projects you were planning and promising to do this year. Hope you feel better!

No this is not in anyways associated with the Conspiracy X RPG trademark - in fact - it's an intentional misguided attempt to infringe on our trademark. We have brought this attention to our lawyers. We will be contacting LPJ Designs about this matter.

I know Louis has brought a lot of this on himself, but I don't see what the big hubub is about this one. My first thought wasn't Conspiracy X but X Files, neither of which has a monopoly on the grays. There's nothing in the trade dress to suggest a connection to Conspiracy X. The product cover and description clearly indicate that it is a supplement for d20 Modern/Future. I think you guys may be overstating the complaint on the basis of past transgressions.

Well after speaking to George fro 5 minutes this morning, we both agreed that I would change the Name from "Conspiracy Files X" to "Secret Files X". It is amazing to me how many issues can be solved with a sinmple phone call from one person to another, instead of trying to start all kinds of issues when none exist online at a forum. I guess some people will do anything to drum up interest in themselves.
