I want to run a one shot with physical tasks replacing die rolls. For example, throwing darts at a dart board to generate die rolls, using a jenga tower to determine if a skill check fails, Flick em Up for a combat, etc... I'll use pregenerated PCs designed to accommodate the rules from a mechanics and balance perspective.

What other physical/dexterity challenges would you suggest for this type of game?
People talk about jocks taking over D&D from nerds. If we made this RAW it would complete the circle.

Simple ones are always fun:
  • stand on one leg, look up, touch your nose and stay there for x number of seconds
  • guessing what something is based on smell only (say fruits for example)
  • holding one's breath for initiative
  • putting coins on your elbow and then swinging down to catch them
  • a dance challenge
  • and if you are old enough, drinking a pint really fast (maybe the fastest determines initiative or something equally as silly)
