Different Worlds CD Archive - would you buy one?

Would you buy a DW CD archive, of all 47 issues of the DW magazine, scanned in .pdf format?

In addition to working with Rob Kuntz, I have worked with Tadashi Ehara of Different Worlds, too. I'll be visiting Tadashi (publisher/editor for DW) again in CA in a few weeks, and it would be useful to be able to provide him with some numbers about the level of interest for this product.

For reference, the magazine was published from 1979 to 1987, and covered a broad spectrum of games and systems, being one of the first non-house organ rpg magazines. I voted yes, though only at $25 or less. If you do this right, you'll have an overhead of about $1.00 per CD which means that $25 each is a killing for you. Anything more makes me a sucker

I disagree. Having scanned old products in the past I can say that it definitely isn't easy.

I voted yes at $35.

We would definitely want to do the scanning right, with OCR'd content, to make it as searchable as possible.

Yes, I want this very badly. I'd pay the $70+ for it, for clean sharp searchable scans, bookmarking, the whole nine yards. Heck, I have almost all the magazines, and I'd still love this just for the sheer convenience.
