Dire T-Shirt

First Post
I just stumbled across this paleontology t-shirt, and I realized it would be inadvertently perfect for D&Ders.

(In case you did not already know, dire wolves were real -- unlike many of the other dire beasties in D&D.)

Um, they're both big wolves, right?
Difference in Magnitude.

Gray Wolves average around 50-60 pounds in weight.
Dire Wolves averaged around 100-120 pounds in weight (fossils=<precision but close enough)

Not the relative behemoth of D&D. with is described as about the weight of a lion and eight feet long. With bony spikes, saber teeth, etc like other dire animals

See I was thinking the same thing as Frukathka. I thought this thread was an update or side-track from a post that someone was soliciting ideas for Gencon Tshirt ideas.

...bunch of guys wearing enourmous t-shirts that hang to their ankles and say "Dire T-Shirt" on them and all...

If it came down to our ankles it would be a muumuu and not a T-Shirt.

That's under the 3.0 rules.

In 3.5, a Dire T-shirt is the same size as a muumuu, but is actually quite different.

And lets not speak of Dire Muumuu...

(You know... Dr. Strange's mortal enemy, and uncle to his lover, Clea? ;) )

Dude, he said down to the ankles, the ankles, mang!

If it comes down to the ankles its a frickin' gown, not a shirt.
