Disabled Characters and Standard Actions

I know that when a character has 0 hp, he is disabled and takes a point of damage from performing a standard action. This will send him into negatives and he'll start dying. What about a character who was stabilized and then rolled his percent chance to become disabled while having negative hit points?

I assume said character would still suffer a hit point of damage if he takes a standard action, but would that knock him unconscious and force additional hp loss as normal for a character with negative hps?

Thanks,

Nick

A character who goes into negative hit points is unconscious (barring special abilities). If you read the Injury&Death section again you should note that once you start making your stability checks you become conscious AND disabled, even though you may still be in negative hit points. You persist in being disabled until you get above 0 hit points.
So, yes even if you are stable you are still going to be disabled with all that that entails including losing a hit point and falling unconscious for taking a standard action, and resuming hit point loss.
