Yes the DMG has rules for oversized weapons. As per the PH, you incur a -2 to hit using an oversized weapon without the feat, not a -4.
As well, you don't have the correct damage mod from strength, which would be x1.5.
You have +5/6 Raging listed for Str bonus, when you should have +7/9 raging.

In addition to the penalty to hit, increasing the size category makes the weapon harder to use too. A light weapon becomes one-handed, a one-handed weapon becomes two-handed, and a two-handed weapon becomes unusable. This penalty is what monkey grip removes, and is also why you never see people with oversized weapons. It makes them useless.

Alright, if I could direct everyone's attention to my new sticky thread organization. Please look at the Guide thread, and tell me what to add (preferably by stating exactly what you would say, so that we can examine that and copy and paste it into the thread if it's good). Then, once we've shaped that thread, I'm going to start the reconstruction of some of the basic top-level mechanics of LEW, but that has to come second to the construction of this guide thread.

The other thing which I think you need is lists of LEW specific rules. Or possibly just links to threads that contain the lists. I can't type it up because I don't actually know what they are, but the ones I can think of that you'd need are races, PrCs, feats, spells, domains, and gods. It looks like the judging related stuff is basically decided at your discretion, so that should probably stay out.

And I think you should be a bard or a psion (telepath), if you want to be a charismatic puppet master. Wizard is just as good if you want to be a puppet master who relies only on Int and Magic instead of charisma and natural charm.

Roleplaying-wise, I'm a little bit busy working on my a new world for my gaming group's next campaign, but I plan on renewing my efforts toward a LEW web-site.

I will start with the Approved Gods, A handful of PrCs that I am certain are Approved, and whatever newbie-FAQ-type info I can find.

If I remember correctly, Kahuna Burger has a gnome (?) cleric without a deity. The character is a member of the Mortalists, an atheist group. Check in the character thread.

Yes, Kirin "I'm here to help". can't seem to find my write up of the mortalists, think its buried in a discussion thread or two. (no search) Basicly they could be seen as the secular humanists of the fantasy world. Some definitly do not believe in the gods while others merely think they are irrelevant to the progression and success/happiness of the mortal races. They're into positive action to improve the lot of the world (its all we have and we're the only ones going to make things better) and generally against prejudice (are we not all mortals and equally to be valued in our sentience?). common domains are knowlege, magic, healing, protection, occasionally strength or even war in a more strife filled area. Prostelitizing or actively anti god/religious Mortalists are rare, though more common amoung clerics who had formerly served another church.

I recal another character proposed a less friendly godless philosophy, possibly closer to Objectivism than Humanism, but I don't recal many details, just that general impression, and I don't know if they had clerics.

Linguistically related to "vetrinarians", I think.

In context it generally also implies an approval or screening process. "All manuscripts have to be vetted by the publisher's copyright pool before they are considered for publication."

but vocab aside, I'll rephrase : Have there been any adventures rejected or altered due to the "approval by a judge" phase, and is it worth the extra beurocratic step between encouraging folks to DM and letting them? I know that the idea was intimidating and a bit off putting when I first considered running a game, and even when things were moving more smoothly I tended to give up and post the Inn announcement and hope approval caught up by the time I wanted to award anyone XP. If we had plently of judges with lots of time on their hands and lots of DMs clamoring for a chance to run their adventure here, I could see it, but maybe during this drought we should be more relaxed about it...

Oh yeah, I'm running a vingette called "the old fashioned way" to help stave off a red Dragon riot , does anyone want to judge it?
