Greetings, everyone!
Just getting ready to run my first 5E game this evening, and decided to try something I've never done before, a little bit of a Planescape / Spelljammer mix. So, just getting some notes together, I said "What the heck?" and decided to try my hand at converting a monster or two from 2E. I went for what I'd assumed was an easy choice for my first one, the ever controversial Giant Space Hamster, and wouldn't you know, it threw me a curve ball. That little line on it's original stat block that says its immune to disease.
Unless I've overlooked it, is this not really covered anywhere in the DMG or MM? I know paladins have a class ability that makes them immune, but I've not seen a specific immunity listed on any stat blocks. Would it be listed as a damage immunity, or a condition immunity? Or would it be listed as a special trait for that particular creature? Or just as part of the creature's description, perhaps?
