DM and/or player?

I answered DM exclusively even though I'm currently a player in a 4e game.

I answered that because being a player is so rare for me that I may as well not count it at all. Whereas I'm constantly organising groups and end up DM'ing for them.

Occasionally I get involved in an IRC game as a player for a few weeks, till the DM stops showing up or something just when things are getting fun. Then I end up getting begged to run a game to fill the empty time slot that was just created in everyone's schedules. So I'm a DM exclusively, really.

Lately, though, all I do is read about RPGs, since my schedule's so up in the air. I should start doing one-shots again... :hmm:

DM and/or player?

Do you DM/GM and/or play? And to what degree?

DM - I DM (almost entirely) exclusively

DM, with a touch of player - I mostly DM but occasionally play

DM/Player - It is about even

Player, with a touch of DM - I mostly play, but occasionally DM

Player - I play (almost entirely) exclusively

Neither - I don't play RPGs, just read them or hang out on forums for whatever reason
