DMs: What program(s) do you use to track your campaign?

I maintain a wiki for each of my campaigns. In the past, I found that players had a tough time remembering "character" knowledge, such as people's names, places, underlying plot threads, etc. A simple wiki links all that together. I also write up each session, which allows them to remember exactly what happened when.

We use a message board and googledocs.

The message board is good for scheduling games, planning the party's next move (do we head north into the mountains or south into the desert?) and light in-character stuff between sessions.

We use a googledocs spreadsheet to keep track of everybody's skill bonuses, loot, powers, etc. In-game, if I need to know the wizard's passive insight bonus, I can check it on the spreadsheet without tipping anyone off that something fishy might be going on. Out of game, I put whatever treasure the party found in the spreadsheet, and the PC's can fight over who gets what.

Googledocs also has PowerPoint-style presentation software. I've been using that to keep track of maps and pictures relevant to the current campaign.

I have a campaign wiki that is sporadically updated, and I create a different Word doc for every level. This doc tracks treasure given out, monsters fought (stats pasted from the Compendium), plot lines, character handouts, and NPC names. It's working wonderfully so far.

Holy smokes that Masterplan looks good. I was going to say Excel or Open Office spreadsheet... using tabs to keep track of various things.

Spiral bound notebooks, the way i've done it for years and years and i'm unlikely to switch. I also do detailed write-ups afterward, not just for the players but to remind me as well what happened, and to build off of that next time.

JosephhusbandofMarybutnotthefatherof Sweet Jesus! Masterplan looks awesome! I'll have to install it and check out its capabilities when I get home! :)
