Voda:

You can ready a standard action, a move action, or a free action. To do so, specify the action you will take and the conditions under which you will take it. Then, any time before your next action, you may take the readied action in response to that condition. The action occurs just before the action that triggers it. If the triggered action is part of another character’s activities, you interrupt the other character. Assuming he is still capable of doing so, he continues his actions once you complete your readied action.

So you readied a full attack vs the dwarf (which is already ambiguous as the text says OR, and excludes a full round action but that's OK), the Dwarf took the hits, then he continued on. He did Move and then Standard for 1 attack. Rage, Frenzy and Intimidating Rage are all free actions. Where did you see him take two standard actions?

Varies. Changing another’s behavior requires 1 minute of interaction. Intimidating an opponent in combat is a standard action.

Ah yes. Well if you have Complete Warrior, the feat is called Intimidating Rage, page 102. You can attempt to demoralize a single foe within 30 ft. as a free action.
