Therefore, I can select you multiple times, and gain multiple Dodge bonuses - which, by the rules, stack.
I suppose you could indeed read it that way, just as you could read the psicrystal feat to grant you unlimited psicrystals. The "New opponent" bit in the Dodge feat might be hard to reconcile, but you could ignore it.
Is there a point you were getting to with all of this? You asked if there was any feat that gave you "unlimited anythings."
