Exactly. Either the feat gives you one and only one psicrystal, or it gives you unlimited psicrystals.

Using the feat Cleave, I may take an immediate attack each round I drop an opponent. So, given infinite rounds, ..... (and other opponents conveniently placed).......

Cleave, Great Cleave, Dodge, etc. They pretty much all give you unlimited uses.
