Do tiny monsters get AoO's?

From the SRD: (Referring to tiny and smaller creatures)

"Since they have no natural reach, they do not threaten the squares around them."

I don't have the PHB with me right now, but the wording was different, implying that they never get AoO's. But I have also seen references (FAQ?) where they threaten their own square, which should give them AoO's under the right circumstances.

So do they get AoO's if an opponent does something in their square that would normally provoke an AoO?

They cant get an AoO on a square they dont threaten, however, if you read the entries for tiny things in combat, they have to be in an opponenet square to attack. Hence they threaten that square they are in, so an opponent running away (from that square) would cause an AoO

They would also get an AoO if someone tried to bull rush them or grappled (assuming that their attacker doesn't have the 'improved' feats).

Also, if they could be enlarged a size category (enlarge person on a tiny humanoid?), they would have a reach of 5', so they would threaten and would be able to take AoOs on those squares.

Not so, in the case of the grapple - the defender receives an AoO when a grappler makes a touch attack... which happens before the grappler enters the defender's square.

Likewise, an ogre grappling a human from ten feet away provokes no AoO from the defender on the initial touch attack (he is not threatened), and no AoO from the defender when he moves into the defender's square (since that AoO applies to all opponents except the defender, per the grappling rules).
