Do unnamed bonuses stack?

This is explicitly the point of unnamed bonuses Although why they built in this loophole, I can't imagine - or at least why they didn't make all dodge bonuses unnamed rather than being an exception to the "like bonuses don't stack" rule

IIRC, you lose Dodge bonuses when you would lose your Dex bonus to AC. They needed to name them to integrate that mechanic.

I don't have my books at work - but is this the one that is qualified with "unless the bonuses arise from essentially the same source"?

For example, if there were a Prestige class that allowed one to add one's Wisdom bonus to AC, like a monk - both of which are unnamed bonuses - this wouldn't stack with the monk's Wisdom bonus to AC if the character had levels in both classes, because the bonuses arise from essentially the same source.

While I believe it is true those do not stack, I would say its because they are both Wis bonuses, not unnamed bonuses.

As Veldrane mentions, the stack with anything unless its from the same source is the rule applied to the Circumstance bonus-type.
