Do you like the title 'Paragon'?

I like the Paragon title. It's descriptive and not dumbed down. Seems like D&D to me.

And the 3 layers of gaming, that's one of the better ideas for 4e. Play the levels you want, play the game you want. Old school goes back to 1-10.

And I still think someone may eventually come out with "Levels 31-40: Deities & Demigods".

I like the Paragon title.

Especially given the whole "you gain racial abilities from levels 1-10," at level 11, you'd effectively become a paragon of your people, since you'd have all the elf racial traits by that time.

Not the term, the usage. I'm happy they are expanding young vocabularies. Very D&D. Better than say, "Champion".

I am noting a trend of not including some sort of apathetic choice in polls like this. I didn't pick one because I would need something along the lines of "Paragon is fine, but I wouldn't mind another name like Mythic". It seems like a good chunk of the poll makers are only taking into account the more extreme views and not accomedating the moderates.

This, for sure. Paragon works for me, but I'm not so enamored with it that I have a pitchfork and torch ready should it be changed.

Mythic and Legendary would both be adequate and admirable substitutes; however, I feel they both might be a little lacking in that you can certainly find heroes and epics amongst mythology and legends, so they seem a touch too all-inclusive for them to leap out at me as the instant solution that cures all ails (even this one that I'm not entirely convinced exists).

For instance, nothing says "epic" like Homer, yet his works are legends about heroes entangled in the affairs of the gods of Greek mythology. See what I mean?

Maybe WotC needs to just create place-holder names, then ask the folks at ENWorld to name everything for them.
