Hanging in there. Better than the alternative.

Now that reminds me of the dragon graveyards in Draconomicon.Rystil Arden said:Reminds me more of the old Astral Plane feel with the god corpses.

The new topic is interesting adventure locales.
Crothian, your suggestion sounds a lot like what happens near the end of the old Forgotten Realms gold box series of games. At one point, you end up on the Astral Plane, and are forced to enter the floating body of a dead god to fight the corruption (Moander?) that is spawning inside him.
It was pretty far out for a relatively old computer game.
Edit: OK, I'll edit too

And I'm guessing that "Pull the plug out of the drain in room 43" wasn't an option?
Seriously, how did it end up playing out?
Crothian said:Then the priceless moment happened.
"Hey, Rob? Did we ever turn off that Decnater of Endless Water when we defeated the Fire Lords?"
Blank look from Rob as thought back..."Aww, crap!!"

I'd kill for that kind of moment in any campaign I run.
Darnit, Crothian keeps doing this kind of thing that makes me go "hmm. You know, Dayton to Columbus isn't that bad of a commute for, say, a biweekly game..."Patryn of Elvenshae said:That's pretty darn amazing!
