Probably a spellcaster aiming to develop the ultimate, weapon-of-mass-destruction-grade teleportation magic, constantly foiled by, but in turn also manipulating and screwing an upstart human mage that accidentally teleported from his home town in the middle of nowhere in the middle of a prison break somewhere on the opposite land mass on the campaign world.
