Level Up (A5E) Does Ongoing damage stack?

I looked in the AG at the ongoing damage section but couldn't find an answer.
In case of a "yes", is one action enough to remove all instances of ongoing damage?

Do you mean can a creature have more than one source of ongoing damage at a time? Yes.

I would say no for removing all sources with one action. Especially as they may have different DCs.

So, the Bloodletting Sickle of the redcap evoked by Conjure Fey is a special exception, correct?
