Domains and non clerics

If I recieve a domain from a PrC and I am not a cleric, do i get an extra domain slot for every spell level I can cast?

No. If you are a wizard you get the spells in your spellbook, if you are a sorceror or bard you get the spells added to your repertoire. If a druid, they go on your spell list. You can cast no additional spells per day.
