DR 10/Good?

Is the damage reduction ignored by good-aligned characters or good-aligned weapons (such as those affected by an align weapon spell)?

Creatures who can bypass that kind of DR usually have a special ability described something like "An astral deva’s natural weapons, as well as any weapons it wields, are treated as good-aligned for the purpose of overcoming damage reduction."

I believe there are even some Prestige Classes that confer this ability, but just being Good aligned doesn't cut it.

It's not a special ability, but a subtype trait.

From the SRD:

A creature with the good subtype overcomes damage reduction as if its natural weapons and any weapons it wields were good-aligned (see Damage Reduction, above).

Right. I was just pointing out that it's usually in the description. So if you don't see it, chances are the creature (like a PC) can't overcome that DR.
